These terms apply when you browse the Casmat Sport SL website and when you place an order with us. Please read them before ordering.

2. Using the website

You may browse the site and place orders as a guest. No account is required. Use of the site must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Products and prices

  • Prices are set in euros (EUR). Other currencies (USD, GBP, PLN) are shown for reference only, using daily European Central Bank rates, and are not the amount charged.
  • Product photos on this site may be illustrative activity images rather than photos of the exact item; where this is the case it is stated on the product page.
  • We try to keep information accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Placing an order

  • When you place an order, our server recalculates the price from the current catalog and saves your order. You receive an order number and a printable receipt.
  • An order is a request to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm the order and payment is completed.
  • Live online payment is not yet available. We will contact you about payment, shipping costs and taxes before anything is charged.

5. Availability

Placing an order does not reserve stock. If an item is no longer available, we will tell you and you will not be charged for it.

6. Delivery

Shipping destinations, methods, costs and delivery times will be confirmed with you for your order. We do not promise delivery dates until they are confirmed.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Outdoor and fitness gear should be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

9. Governing law

The seller is established in Rubí, Spain. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow mandatory legal rules; consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your country of residence are not limited by these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

Can I place an order?

Yes. Add items to your bag and go to checkout. Your order is saved with server-checked prices and you get an order number and a printable receipt. Online payment isn’t connected yet, so nothing is charged at checkout — we contact you to confirm shipping, taxes and payment first.

Do I need an account?

No. Casmat Sport SL is guest-only. Your wishlist and bag are saved in your browser, and each order has its own private receipt link.

Which currency will I pay in?

Euros (EUR). You can view prices in USD, GBP or PLN using daily European Central Bank reference rates, but these are for orientation only.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Shipping costs and delivery times aren’t fixed yet. They are confirmed with you for each order before payment — we don’t promise delivery dates in advance.

Is my item reserved when I order?

No. Placing an order doesn’t reserve stock. If something is no longer available, we’ll tell you and you won’t pay for it.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Unpaid orders can be cancelled any time by contacting us with your order number. For delivered orders, EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw. See the Refund Policy for details.

Are the product photos real?

Some products currently use illustrative activity photos rather than a photo of the exact item. When that’s the case, it says so on the image.

Do you store my card details?

No. We never ask for or store card numbers on this site.

What data do you keep about me?

Only what’s needed for your order: email, name and delivery address, plus the items ordered. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.

Do you use tracking cookies?

No. We only store your wishlist, bag, currency and cookie choice in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.
